My solicitor nearly put me in trouble arguing article 8 for me whereas im qualified under EEA route. Application refused and angrily withdrew my files from him after messing the whole thing up. Was firstly granted leave to remain in 2014, married with my EU wife 2015. Later granted resident card of family member of EU national. Wat are my chances for settled status next year

IHS refund

I paid IHS fee when i applied for further leave to remain under UK immigration rules. The application refused because my wife is an EU citizen... i reapplied for EEA resident card and it was successful. How do i get my IHS fee back from Home Office
