I lost hope on 40 points. So want to ask my employer for salary revise.

My company applied Rcos with 40 points which was not successful. I am planning to ask for a salary revise. Can my company increase my pay with in RLMT limits and apply for cos in next month?? or there should not be any changes in salary mentioned in Cos when you reapply??

Any idea how long this situation may continue ??

I am on a ICT tier2 dependant visa working for a UK company from past 6 months. Now my company want to give me COS. Should my company terminate me, hire me again by offering COS or can I be offered COS without termination.
