Premium service line / email are not responsible for anything. They are the third party.

Good luck with your application

Re: Email from UK Decision making Centre asking for Sponsor supporting documentation

I am not entitled to give you a professional advice, because I am an applicant myself. But if I were you, I would have probably sent the whole package once again (together with marriage certificate).

Re: Email from UK Decision making Centre asking for Sponsor supporting documentation

Maybe there is a confusion, as they received your marriage certificate by post, and didn’t connect it to your scanned documents.

Is there anything written in your email that if your documents were previously scanned, you should not take this email into account?

Re: Is a fast decision a good or bad thing? I’m nervous

Quick decisions are most of the times a good sign, but you never know with UKVI. Also, I would wait for their official "decision made" email, as in the call center they can make a mistake.

Same happened to me. I applied on the 8th of March and received this kind of email 5th of April. I don't know how to understand this either.

I have double checked the payslips - they do state 'monthly' in the top corner (didn't notice this ever before now!)

I have my 6 months bank statements covering the period from 2nd October to 3rd April showing the 6 salary payments being banked
That’s great! Good luck with submission

Re: Final document check

It says throughout the period of 6 months , therefore he can apply using the October to March payslips. It doesn’t say submit payslips from the beginning of employment, so why wouldn’t it be okay to use payslips beginning from October ? In my point of view (again I am not a professional) it doesn’t...

Re: Morocco to UK spousal visa submitting supporting document

Thank you Katie, Much appreciated, When you say I should ask them.. do you know how or where to contact for that advice? Kind Regards :) You should ask them in TLS contact office, when you have your appointment. If there is an option to send the originals to Sheffield, than it’s a better option. If...

Re: Morocco to UK spousal visa submitting supporting document

Your scanning process is available from 30th May 2017. I have submitted my documents in Paris, not in Morocco, where the same scanning procedure is implemented. They didn’t allow me to post my documents directly to Sheffield. You should ask them before biometrics, but be ready that it’s only scannin...

Re: Final document check

I am not sure really. Maybe someone more professional will comment here and correct me, because I am just a normal applicant. So, as for me your Oct - March payslips are not enough, because they will not cover 6 months. Also if you provide September payslip, it won’t be enough easer, because ECO can...

Re: Final document check

Also it depends how it’s written on your payslip, is there a period or just the end of the month date. Just a month end - should I submit septembers too even though its only a half month salary ( I could include a note to explain) I have my employment letter stating salary and start date too what a...

Re: Final document check

Alot of people make a mistake just counting 6 months bankstatement or 6 payslips The best way to check is that both your statements and payslips cover 6 months. you can you this https://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html basically if your first payslip is paid on 29th October 2017 then your las...

Your overseas marriage or civil partnership will be recognised in the UK if you follow the correct process according to local law - you won’t have to register it in the UK.

Re: Spouse visa refused-Partner not here for birth of child

Fareena1000, My visa application was also refused due to IELTS for UKVI general. How strange it is... I personally know people who submitted IELTS for UKVI academic and everything was fine. I blame myself for the refusal sometimes - I didn’t state Unique reference number for IELTS in my application,...
