I got refused for a 3rd time. Points were 33 (20 for RMLT + 13 for salary)
Employer is willing to do a new RMLT because our current RMLT expires in March.. hoping that April will be successful

My employer has re-applied this month. I score 33 points: 20 for RMLT and 13 for salary.
What happened in December seems to be an anomaly. It just doesn't make sense. The minimum points have been 21 for over a year. How can it all of a sudden go up to 55 ?? I just don't understand.

OMG I can't believe the January results!!! Even worse that June 2015.
This is really messed up. With a score of 33 points, I stand no chance. What on earth is happening? 55k is just too high!!!!!

Hello, Where did your HR get the information about the 55 points threshold? We have tried to speak to the Home Office via email and phone and they do not want to disclose the threshold to us. I'm sorry to hear about this. Do you know if your application failed due to not having enough points? Or is it that the RMLT failed? The Home Office is not transparent at all and it's really annoying. I want to find out what the threshold for this month was - it's clearly not 21 points.

I spoke to someone from the HO over the phone. She said the number of certificates this month was limited as they had a large amount of applicants and allocated certificates to higher salaries first.
