Test of Patience - Reprint Request

It seems that HO is more of a patience testing center than anything else. First of all these people lost my documents. Then as per their policy I had to wait for 12 weeks before they issue a reprint of the decision letter. At the completion of 12 weeks I promptly requested for a reprint. I received ...

Re: Bangalore University letter

If you have to personally visit Bangalore and go thru all the non-sense of getting this letter from BU...Don't you think its a good idea to appear for IELTS.

We have seen many instances where university letters haven't been accepted by caseworkers.

So perhaps i can send my salary certificate along with the SARAL D and 12 months wage slip. I shall tick on all the THREE boxes in the aoolication fo...

Re: Investor Immigration / HSMP in a day ?

Be careful... I haven't heard of HSMP investor criteria.

Also it doesn't make sense. HSMP is meant for highly skilled people.

Re: thanks you Guys

Hey BigBrother, The Form-16 accompanying saral 2D is always xerox copy. This becomes a ground for rejection(as it is not original). I would advice that you get your Form-16 stampeda dn signed by your employer. It is always a good idea to send a business card of your HR person. Regards, NS Gurgaon

Re: Help reqd - Letter & Docs lost, trackking, re-print.

My documents have been sent on 01-Feb. Haven't received them yet. I was checking with my post office at Gurgaon and they told me that in Feb, Normal airmails are facing delays. The official at the post office was convinced that documents will eventually reach me no matter that they have already take...

If you go thru all the posts...you will find many instances of rejection by HO stating that IT return is not original.
I would advice that at the least you get your Form-16 copy signed and stamped from your employer.
