Does anyone have any experience with putting an occupation on the shortage list? My manager and our national governing body are behind this but are just looking for any experiences we can learn from.

I am NHS with 39 points and i have been refused in both December and January as have others in our trust. I had a read of the acceptance process and it does seem to be purely on points. If they give campus or milk round staff another 10 points surely they could consider it for NHS employees!

Unfortunately it is not on the shortage list even though most of my colleagues are not from the UK / EU as there are not enough people trained in the UK!

Im sorry to hear that your application wasn't approved either. Are you eligible for a tier 5 visa? I used that to work there in the past 2 years.

Late November. They had a similar application approved this month which is the weird part (large NHS trust). I wonder if it didnt have enough evidemce for the RLMT.

Sorry through all the crying i typed the wrong number. It should have been 19 for wages.
Our HR are confused as they also had a similar application accepted.

I sadly just heard my application was also rejected for not having enough points. I would have had 20+ 29 points.
I had submitted for the December allocation.
