Re: BRP Delivery Notification

Well it's just arrived, hand delivered by someone in a car plain brown envelope so not sure if it was DX who delivered it, no notification but only took 2 days from approval.

BRP Delivery Notification

My wife was approved for indefinite leave to remain on Tuesday at a premium service centre and is awaiting delivery of BRP. Is there any notification issued by either UKVI or DX Secure when it has beeb dispatched or can it literally turn up at any time in next 7 days?

Thanks

Re: Online pay slips - ILR

Apologies thought as its under the heading non-Tier then it would be clear but see at the bottom of ILR it states section relevant whether tie or non tier. Easy to mis things when posting on smart phone.

My original question is for 5 year partner ILR.

Thanks

The correct guidance is;

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... d-evidence

And that paragraph is stated there.

Re: Online pay slips - ILR

Not essential but Appendix FM does advise it so as I have it I will include it. In addition to the evidence listed above, paragraph 2A of Appendix FM-SE specifies that P60(s) for the relevant period(s) of employment (if issued) and a signed contract(s) of employment may also be submitted in respect ...

Online pay slips - ILR

My employer issues online payslip[s that I must print, I can easily get the letter confirming that they are genuine but would like to get the wording of the letter correct. Would something along the lines of this suffice? "To Whom It May Concern I write to confirm that the attached signed print...
