Hi Zimba and Vinny, Thank you so much, I have now applied the ILR for both my dependents. I have one more question, I received my British passport a month ago but I am yet to receive my original documents (Indian passpor), when will I get it, also how to chase them back ? any contact details please....

Thanks a lot Zimba and CR001. Now my both dependents (Spouse and Son) have crossed 10year long residence, should I apply SET LR application for every individual or I can apply together with Mom and son. Please help me with this queryy.

I recently become British citizen, my son is holding Indian passport and he will be completing his 10 year residence in next few days. Should I apply SET LR or British passport for him ?

Need advise. I received my Set LR - IlR BRP card and the HO approval email says to you cut the previous grant of leave and send to their address, My question is my earlier visa was Tier 2 General which is still valid until 2022, should I still need to cut & send it ?

I attend my Biometrics last week and received SMS from UKVCAS on the same day that the application is submitted to UKVI. But I could not see any kind of status update in either UKVCAS or UKVI webiste, Is this normal ? Please advise.
