Re: Naturalisation Application - Physical Document

I am now also confused if i have applied using the wrong form. Is there a difference between naturalisation and citizenship?

On my application form, TYPE OF VISA / APPLICATION: Apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen

Is this correct?

Re: Indefinite Leave and Financial Category

Thank you Seagul. I think this covers all my concerns. Not to be pedantic but does it matter that this question was asked even though i had selected Salaried employment as an option? I'm just a bit weary as to how Home Office has specifically asked "Are you a director of or non-executive direct...

Re: Passport Expiration and Indefinite Leave Application

Thank you. That seem to be the requirement as it stands but unfortunately, the chances of me being able to renew is slim so i'm just really looking at what the alternative is between now and October.

Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain and Living Situation/Letters

Thank you Zimba. In terms of lodger agreement, as we live with our landlord, do we need to provide this for ILR? I've seen a few post saying a tenancy agreement contract/lodger agreement is not needed for ILR. HO guidance note on accommodation isn't very specific on this. Will only 2 years letters s...

Re: FLR(M)???

weblink removed by moderator Hi. I believe this is relevant to your question. The applicant in this instance used a previous English Language test that was submitted for the first FLR(M) on the basis of the appendix. However, the application was witheld (same day appointment) because the English te...

Re: FLR(M) 5 YEAR ROUTE 2ND EXTENSION

Hi ,

I'm not trying to be deliberately obtuse. I earn £25000pa and my husband earns £25000pa too. We are planning on using both my income and his income and submit doc to that effect including bank statements. Are you saying we should either use my income or my husband income and not both?

FLR(M) 5 YEAR ROUTE 2ND EXTENSION

Hi All, I'm hoping someone will be able to shed light on any grey areas I've identified. I entered the UK in 2012 on a tier 4 student visa and got married to My husband in 2015. At the time we got married, he had his ILR. I applied for a dependent visa in August 2015 and got my leave to remain in Se...
