Hi, Today I have got original documents back (happy nothing lost/left behind in CB office) like: 1: Passport 2: Backdated ILR Letter in a special delivery pre-paid envelop. Hi Terenze,

You have two options (ofcourse you can choose only one):

1: Conversion from working permit (Tier 2) to spouse Visa & wait for 2 years to get ILR.

2: Complete your 3 years remaing for working permit (Tier 2) to get ILR.

Hi Goluraam,

I think its better to submit all documents again as they will quickly review them and will quickly come up with EC approval (Hopefully).

I did the same and it took 10 days to stamp my passport.
