Hi All,

When we upload all current and old passports do we need to scan each page of all passports to prove how much time spend outside UK?

Thanks in advance

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Yes, I understand, but surely I can withdraw and re-apply as my current leave has not expired/been curtailed. Correct to withdraw before submitting biometrics. If you withdraw, don't you loose money? Nope, you get a refund ONLY if you withdraw before submitting biometrics. Thanks for repy. it will ...

So is there any way to get faster decision right now?
No.
I see, so I have to submit standard online application. But I believe that later on if the super priority service resumes I can upgrade my application, am I right?

Submitting ILR application via super priority service before Tier-2 dependants apply.

Hi All, I came to the UK on the 30th of September and my wife and son came on the 5th of November in 2010. In this week I am planning to submit my application for ILR Set(LR) via super priority service. So I have following three questions: 1. If I get my ILR before my wife and son submit their ILR a...

Re: How much time should be left on leave to remain when you apply for ILR

Hi All, I came to the UK on the 31st of September and my wife came on the 5th of November in 2010. Our current leave to remain visa expiring middle of October. When we should apply for ILR? Would It be ok if we apply in early October? Or we should have more time left on our leave to remain visa bey...

Re: earliest date to apply for indefinite leave to remain

She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 18 September 2019. There is no longer a same day premium service center option. You have standard service (8 weeks decision) or super priority (£800 extra for a possible 24 hour decision). You apply online and scan/upload your documents and make an...

Re: ILR child 7 years

@CR001 Thanks for your reply. Our current Tier-2 visa expires on July/2019 but we will be eligible to apply for ILR on Oct/2020. As my son lived in the UK continuously for more than 7 years, by July/2019 it going to be 8 years and 9 months, it seems that we may able to apply for the family visa whic...

ILR child 7 years

Hi All, My family (me, my wife and my son who were 5 years old) came to the UK in October 2010 as I am a PhD student in science. Now we are under Tier-2 visa since January 2017. The 7-year child rule was changed at 2012 so I am not sure we could apply for ILR under the rule. Is anyone have an idea? ...
