My solictor called at shiefled office for update,they said that they have alot of back log,thats why all emails and corroespondent is goin slow.And our case is with ECO till now... They make it up as they go along. No unusual backlog they told me. When did you apply? I checked with HR at my company...

We have sent back our statements covering 6 months prior to biometrics (which we already submitted with the original application) and then the subsequent 3 months plus payslips (stamped online ones. No choice.). We also wrote a cover letter drawing attention to salary credits in my statements. I don...

In their email it says to scan and return to them - so what else can we do.

I’m going to get all the online copies stamped, scan and email back to them as per their instructions.

Okay, will sending scanned copies of online stamped statements be okay?

Understand your point re six months prior to biometric date but the advice of the HO officer I spoke to was to submit up to today.
