I thought this service was only available when apply for British Citizenship?
I am apply for permanent residence visa and have already posted my application in August
But will look into whether they will certify the partners passport

Doesn’t the HO only recognise divorce actually when it has been terminated by the courts and that while you are going through the process in their eyes you are still legally married? Wondering if anybody could help with the following

I am a non EEA coming up to the end of my 5yrs residence permit (spouse is EU national)
Once i get my permanent residence which is valid for 10 years am i able to apply for british passport at all?
