so I believe if you are applying in a month that should be fine.
But not sure of the validity period of the certificates from UK NARIC

For tier 2 visa , red route is the option
(visa and immigration)

you will get statement of comparability and English language assessment via this route.

Blue route is for students.
I had previously checked by writing to UKNARIC

For change from ICT dependent to Tier 2 General main, is it required to submit current BRP card of ICT for application for the tier 2 visa.

Hi CR001 is tenancy agreement for the UK mandatory for tier 2 general dependent application, as you said if sharing inspection report is required, whom to approach in that case?

I have similar query, but I believe SOC is determined by the sponsor, HO cannot advice on that.
Not sure about the evidence, but HO may ask why the migrant is chosen over other settled worker.

What is the cut off limit for visa extension application within the UK before Visa expires.
