Can a child (under 18) born in France to French parents living in the UK under EU settlement scheme, apply for British Citizenship?
If so, what is the application process?

I faced the same issue and thought something wrong with my applicatoin or the system. But if you keep trying at different times over few days (try after mid night), you will find super priority service.
I managed to book it for last friday and we got ILR granted yesterday (monday).
