I have received HSMP in July 2007, i came to UK in may 2008, i extended my visa in may 2009 and let UK in march 2010 and back to uk in Sept 2011, working from Oct , have 7 pay slips and qualified for extension,

no continuous stay , not eligible for ILR hence going for FLR,
