Please let me know what documents to send for my Pre-Visa Assessment for Australia. Is it just the offer letter and the student visa form or is there anything else that i need to send? Please also let me know if the PVA is positive then the final visa is guaranteed?

Well, I don't have a ozzy gf..my gf is german. So, u thing getting a german residency is a bit tough? Yes, my gf speaks very good english and I don't know any german.

Now, the thing is tht she doesnt work n lives with her parents in germany...i work part-time means like 15 to 20 hrs a week as i m a student n live on rent. well, one of the managers of the company told me tht they were having confusion about the visa label on my passport. So, they discussed it with the HO and found out tht thts the case. I feel they might hav asked the HO just to confirm my situation rather than taking general information? Wat do u rec...

Hi I got my MA degree results in July 2006 and I got my degree in Nov 2006. But my course is not in the SEGS list which cud enable me to apply for SEGS leave. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to apply for SEGS visa scheme.
