Re: TIER 2 - ILR Section 10 Biometric Resident Permit

No you don't deduct your absences from UK. Just add in the total time you've spent that counts towards your ILR.

Re: TIER 2 - ILR Section 10 Biometric Resident Permit

Thanks CR001. I have another quick question.

I came to the UK in 2009 (student visa) and switched to tier-2 in country in 2013 (from 2013 is my qualifying period). What should i put in section 7.13: How long have you lived in the UK?.

would it be 10 years 5 months or 4 years 11 months

Re: TIER 2 - ILR Section 10 Biometric Resident Permit

Section 10 in SET O form asks about your Biometric Residence Permit details. It does not ask seperately about adding dependants details.

Re: Regarding Cohabitation Documents

As per my understanding following should be sufficient, considering there is no clear written guidance available: One document for each quarter and total 3 different types of documents i.e. 2 years = 6 quarter = 6 documents (of 3 different type), one document for each quarter. Thanks, So looks like...

Re: please help - humbly requested - short question.

Actually if you read the sponsor guidance notes it clearly states: 23.8 The start date given on the CoS must be the date that the migrant is expected to start working for you at the time the CoS is assigned. If such start date for a Tier 2 (General) migrant is subsequently changed after leave has be...

Re: URGENT!!ILR LONG RESIDENCE TIER 2 LICENSE SUSPENDED

hey,

Well as long as your company's license is not revoked you should be fine. If you have completed 10years then go through 10year route if you think that the license can get revoked

Re: ILR from Tier 2 General After company merger

Could i ask if your tier 2 visa is still on Company A?

Also if company A is still listed in the sponsors list that means that their license is still valid. Maybe Company B can give a letter explaining the merger and that your visa is valid?

Have you tried calling up UKVI and asking them?

Hi,

Letters from previous employer do not need to be dated within 30days, only employer/absence letter from your current employer needs to be dated within 30days of the application.
