Refused at 40 due to not meeting minimum cut-off points for the month. Oh that is crap! I guess that is me also even though i havent received a from my lawyers yet. An interesting FOI. I had set an alert and the response just came in on this one. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/restricted_certificate_of_sponso_5#incoming-1178088 All predictions and calculations welcome. Having a quick look at the numbers, while doctors and nurses make up 1/3 of all appl...

Re: Reducing Salary lower than on Certificate of Sponsorship

You have to notify the Home Office of any salary increase, and I would assume same for decrease. The visa was assigned at 55 and it's a bit sketchy to drop it that much. I would request council from a different expert, seems suspect...

Re: Points For tier 2 general application

I think you're asking how many points you have for your certificate? TOTAL POINTS = A + B as below. PART 1 - Type of Job: A • Shortage occupation: 130 points • PhD-level occupation code and job passes Residence Labor Market Test (or an exemption applies): 75 points • Job passes Resident Labor Market...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Those who are waiting for last 7/8 months, can you confirm how many times did your employer was sent queries and when? In my case, my employer received queries in November and since then it's being refused. Now, my employer received queries this month directly after December! In FOI figures, HO alw...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Hi all :) I’ve been lurking for days during this rather stressful experience. I have a few questions since I’m new to this whole process. What does non-sol mean? Secondly, you’re all seeming to know your points but when I asked my employer (a secondary school) about this she said she didn’t know. I...

Re: Questions on Tier 2 Application Forms

I'm finding the country thing really confusing in the new application, whereas the last website you had to fill in as many details as it could, you are not able to on the new site. I thought about putting my extended travel information in the 'any other information' section; can't tell if that would...

Re: Tier 2 visa - query regarding Accomodation ??

How would they know where your husband lives? People also commute way more than 40 minutes, so that's not an issue I would think. The residence is for sending your biometrics card, they send it to a near by post office. I don't see why they would look into it any further.

Sponsorship licenses have nothing to do with 'field', you either have one or you don't. Below is the list of companies that do.

Can someone please suggest if the approvals are notified through email or SMS? Would be grateful. Thanks. Both, I would assume they're pretty simultaneous. If you're 60+ and still waiting it's fine, seems as though case workers get different piles each to sort through. If your application is valid,...
