1 yr ILR + Less than 5 yrs HSMP

Hello,

I got my HSMP visa on 27th March 2007, entered UK on 10th June 2007.
I got my ILR on 6th March 2012, under the special clause (entry within 3 months)

Would I be eligible to apply for naturalisation in March 2013 or do I need to wait till June?

Thanks

Did the case worker ask about the gap between entry clearance date and date of entry?

Since you entered UK within 90 days of your entry clearance, I think you should be eligible to apply for ILR in December.

Congrats.

Did the case worker ask you the reason for delay/gap between your entry clearance date and first entry to UK.

I am in the same situtation as you, but with a gap of 75 days between entry clearance date and first entry to UK. I am yet to apply for my ILR.

I am in the same situation. I came to UK after 40 days of visa stamping.
The document/pdf says that the case worker "may" consider which is a bit of concern.

Could anybody who is in the same situation share their experiences, if they have already applied for ILR.

Thanks
Chakri.
