Re: Tier-2 General to ILR - Appointment on 1st week of the Month - Bank Statement with salary credit.

If anyone found this thread and wondered what happened, I've got my latest statement showing my latest pay printed on a official HSBC letter headed paper. This was accepted by the home office. If anyone happen to be in a similar situation, ask the HSBC staff to print your statements on a HSBC letter...

I also asked them to print my latest bank statement, since I was unlikely to receive it by post before the appointment. First they printed it on a regular A4 in black an...

Thanks for the reply. I'll receive this letter on Friday and my appointment is on Monday. I am not sure if I can cancel the appointment on Friday, if the letter is not good enough.

HSBC Bank statements at PEO - share your experience

Hi All, Its common knowledge that HSBC do not stamp online statements, instead they offer to print them at the branch with an accompanying letter. Over the past two days I was searching to find out how these "branch printed" statements look like and what is the content of this "accomp...

Re: Tier-2 General to ILR - Appointment on 1st week of the Month - Bank Statement with salary credit.

Thanks for the reply. When I asked yesterday from my local HSBC branch, they were very clear that HSBC do not stamp statements. They said they can only print the statements from the branch with an accompanying letter. Just wanted to see of anyone had used these "branch printed" statements ...

Re: Payslips for ILR with backdated salary sacrifice

Thanks a lot Lanrezy for your support. Sorry for missing out that information, your calculation is correct. At the bottom of my payslip it says, Payment Method NET PAY Bank 2170.38 So for the question 5.3, I'll put £ 2170.38 And I clearly misunderstood the question 5.4. I interpreted the question as...

Thanks. One more question, please.
When I have the British citizenship, does my wife has to get ILR and then British citizenship? Can't she go straight from her current visa to British citizenship?
Thanks.

Re: Dependent criteria for ILR

Many thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to mention, we all have Tier 2 until January 2019. If I apply for ILR now, what impact does it has on visas of my wife and son? For example, If I leave my current job after getting ILR, does that nullify their visa as the visas have been issued with my curre...
