Re: Stall RCos after RLMT?

You can leave if you wish, or stay and wait for RCoS approval and then leave to apply. No guarantee the RCoS will be approved though. You mean the chances of approval will reduce if I am outside the UK? No, that is NOT what I said. It is YOUR choice if you choose to leave or wait for RCoS approval!...

Re: Stall RCos after RLMT?

RLMT is valid for 6 months. YOU cannot control when the employer submits the RCoS application to be included in whichever months allocation meeting. There is only one meeting per month for RCoS. TY for the reply! Now that RLMT is completed can I return to my home country or is my presence required ...

Stall RCos after RLMT?

How long can an employer wait (maximum time) after completing an RLMT before applying for Rcos?

My prospective employer has completed RMLT but I don't want them to raise RCos yet as I want to wait to see if another preferred employer can do RLMT for me (which may start in a few days)

Re: Tier 2 after joining Co

Well they would need to prove you were not 'pre-selected' for the job and that no settled, British or EU citizen was available etc, usually slightly tricky if RLMT is done so soon after you have already started working there. You also have to apply for Tier 2 General from your home country after RL...

Tier 2 after joining Co

I am currently on a Tier 2 Dependant valid up to Jan 2019. I have interviewed and received an offer and they have agreed to file for my Tier 2. They have asked me to join immediately since I do have a valid Tier 2 dependent. After joining they would initiate a Tier 2 after rmlt etc. I am told that t...

Re: Anyone working on Tier 4 Dependent?

Being a Tier 4 Dependant has no specific bearing on or connection to your employment prospects. You would be in the same position as anyone else in the local labour force, unless the job was one of the few that PBS dependants cannot do. For which work is not allowed, see immigration rule 319D(b)(ii...

Re: Total yrs considered for ILR

ILR on what basis, 5 years Tier 2 or 10 years long residence? The reason for this question is that 10 year Long Residence LR can impact spousal visas. Also, while it is commendable that you are planning in advance, be aware that Immigration Rules change often (about 3-5 times a year since 2015, but...

Can two employers apply for my Rcos?

Hello,

Can two employers apply for my Rcos?

I have two potential sponsors:

Company 1: Has already started RLMT
Company 2: Has not started any process and is considering my sponsorship.

I would like to ideally join company 2 but only after I am sure I can get a visa from company 2.

Yes. Switching from ICT dependent to General is considered as a fresh application. So you have to apply from home country. No within UK switching allowed. Hence RCos
Thanks much!

They are right. You have to apply outside of UK with RCos.
Ty! Does this mean I have to leave the UK even though I have a T2 Dependent visa valid up to Jan 2019?
