What kck has told is perfect. It is earnings of any 12 months out of 15 months previous to the date of application. TB screening is not required when you apply for EC. But it is required when you reach UK after getting the EC. Hello Kach, There is absolutely no need of an agent/consultant for applying HSMP. Don't give a single penny for anyone. BHC will do the integra check.
No additional fee for the integra.
