Durham address (for courier) is valid since I sent the documents to them and got a letter confirming the payment.

I posted my docs thru special delivery on 12th and the payment was processed on 16th. I got a letter with reference from them on 18th.

FLR is taking around 2 to 3 weeks these days.
If any who applied for Hsmp in april and got the approval please responsd with the current timelines.

You need to provide evidence that you are working for the mentioned period in the 2nd country and any relevant tax return forms or bank statements to support the income for that period in that country. In this way they will ensure that they need to pro-rate your income based on the evidences provide...

I sent my FLR application to Durham address given in the guidance document. I got a letter stating my payment is processed from them.
So I think Durham address is also OK to send.
