Applying for my daughter's British Passport

I just need a bit of an advice here as I'm a bit hesitant. We have received our daughter's registration certificate recently and we want to apply for her passport. Is it better to apply for it now or to apply for it after Brexit?

Thank you so much! we have included it as I mentioned it was a notice of enforcement that we received not the PCN itself.. we received the notice of enforcement late that's why we thought include it just to be on the safe side :)

That's a good point, Thank you seagull. The NARIC Letter is basically just a comparability statement to see where am I from the British qualifications but yeah I will clarify this.. Other than that, are those documents enough?
