Hi CR001, Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it. For some reason I had to cancel my appointment (it was this Friday). The next available appointment I could book is on the 20th October. would that be fine? I mean regarding the documents they won't be older than 28 days would they? Thank you!

I use already an old scanner and I scan in grayscale, but still facing this problem. As for my current and previous passports, do I still need to scan all the pages as well?

Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes, I'm the applicant and my husband is the sponsor. I guess the same applies on my daughter's passport, right? She also has the British Passport.

Do I need to scan and upload evey page on my current and previous passports?

Can I ask a quick question please. When I'm filling the booking form, it asks "why are you taking this exam?" And the opttions are:
1-ilr/settlement/residency
2- nationality
3- other

Which one would you advice choosing?
