VISA Refused on 1st May IHS fee not returned yet

Team,

Good evening. Need your advise. My Spouse visa got refused on 1st May 2018. However, still not received the IHS fee which I had paid as part of application.

Is this normal timeline ? Is there an action required from my end?

We are undergoing a lot of stress because of delay in making decision for my visa request (Priority settlement dependent Visa). Hence, checking and asking questions.

That will have an major impact on our plans now :( :(

WIth an assumption that -- it will be done in 30 days we had opted for Priority Visa service. We are hoping it will be quick one and receive the response by end of next week. :)

Today, we have sent all Sponsor related documents once again via registered postal service today. Hopefully, it should be received by them by Tuesday.

We are just hoping to get the VISA by end of next week :( :( :|
