Hi,

Can someone please provide a list of documents needed for ILR of dependent of Tier2 general. Main applicant now has ILR. Do we still need to attach bank statements, salary slips and employer letter?

TIA

MN1- refree used blue ink pen

Hi,

We moved to new city last year so we had to get refree form done from previous city. Our friend has filled it with blue pen and sent it to us. Is that a problem? Do we need to get that signed again?

TIA

Hi,

If we are applying ILR on basis of five years on Tier 2 general visa but entered U.K. on ICT visa, Which date should be filled in this section(6.1)? when we entered on ICT visa or the date when we were granted Tier 2 General visa?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Did your employer give a standard employment letter or did he mentioned "Foreseeable Future" as well?
