2 weeks is for priority and 4 weeks is for non-priority. It may delay you application if they accept it. Write a note and explain the reason for delay with any proofs. Thank you for your reply. Do you meet the salary requirement for Tier 2 ILR application? You need a letter from your employer stating the 'foreseeable future in job requirement and paid x salary for the foreseeable future'.
