is my assumption right that the HO is currently reviewing the 50 to 55 group and then if there are still available RCOS - they will go to the 45 to 50 range and then the ones below that? secondly there is no 53 points - it is 50 for anyone from 50000 to 54999 salary? and 45 from all from 45000 to 49...

46 in feb the salary has to be the basic salary only with no allowances
april will have around 2200 and we are all hoping that the backlog of nurses clears by then the cut off may still be at 36 but that is still unfair as the minimum points was 21 for almost a year now

every month they give exceptional visas to 10 people and this is no indication that they did not meet the cut off score and people who have 50 would have got it in Jan as the cut off was 46 so all repeat applications are less than 46 so there is a good chance it will fall to below 39
