Re: June 2018 Restricted COS

Guys i guess people are assuming too much now. As we can clearly see that after day 2 no one has received approvals or refusals yet. That means there is something going on in the back end and home office is taking time to sort that out. Just have some patience as we can do nothing but wait.

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

the problem is that 45 to 49999 is one bracket - so within that bracket maximum people are waiting - so this is a puzzle no one can solve Ya am aware of that after applying 4 times now. I just said it's easy to make it 50 onve it's 47 or 49 as it may not affect the large firms that much. So if I ha...

Rejected 45 points
Can you please confirm if its rejected or refused ?
Rejected , is there a difference?
Cut off is not 45. Rejected refers to being some problem with your application. I would say if you can ask your employer the reason behind getting rejected.

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

I'm applying for the second time, with 31 points. One thing that makes me check the RCOS threads only so often is the level of know-it-allness and negativity about this. NOBODY knows the precise cut-off until the HO releases it. Even immigration lawyers can only guess. Also for people clogging up t...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

I agree that the 45 point back log is going to cause the most trouble. Since they carried some certificates over from January I was sure they would be able to clear the backlog of those this month but it didn’t happen. I want to sit here and say that things will start to improve in April/May but if...
