Referee

Hello There,

I have a query regarding referee for BC.

My colleague is an Accountant but not fully qualified like ACCA or CIMA. She's an accountancy degree holder and works in the capacity of an accountant in the company.

Would that be okei or do I have to go with someone who is an ACCA or CIMA?

Payment Form

Hi There,

I realized that there is no payment form attached to form AN. Not sure how the payment is to be made for the BC application.

Do I have to pay directly to the NCS during my appointment?

Does any one know if people who had already taken the life in the UK test needs to sit for this new test again?

Will Road Tax fine affect by BC application?

It shouldn’t take that long. I have seen on this forum that people are getting BRPs in 4 to 7 days. Are you sure you didn’t miss the courier ? Also, I would advise to contact UKBA on this email address. **********************This is from UKBA*********************** We have also introduced an email ...

Photocopies of Originals

Hi There,

In addition to provide original documents for SET(O), Do we need to provide photocopies of all the originals as well?

If thats the case, photocopying X12 Payslips and all pages of X12 Bank statements is going to be a pain

Printable SET (0) Form

Hi There,

Is there a printable SET (O) form available which we can fill the details and then print?

Also, are we allowed to print the form back to back? Though it might reduce the pages by half.

You may apply for ILR between Saturday, 24 March 2012 and 29 March 2012. Can he not apply on 2nd march as per the modernized guidance? His visa still expires before he completes 5 years and should be eligible under modernized guidance. Hello, Where is this modernized guidance? Do you have a link?

No, it's best you address the letter to the UK border agency so that the case worker knows that it is addressed specifically for the visa purpose..

Yes, Bank statements and Employer letter will be prudent....But Iam not sure how convincing the reason of late tax payments be an excuse....

We'll have the tax documents but it will be on a later year, not for the exact year when the income was earned...

Tht was my doubt....
