Should I send this card to UKBA to update my status from Indefinite leave to British Citizen? Or should I just discard it after...

Yes, I came into the UK under HSMP on 21st April 2007 and well within the absences during HSMP and Tier-1 (got indefinite leave satisfying this) and no absences so far after getting indefinite leave.
