I had the same problem the day before yesterday using Chrome. I managed to make a booking with Safari instead. Not sure if that's the reason but just in case it helps. Good luck.

Two days ago Home Office published a paper on the new Skill Worker route (which replaces Tier 2 on 1 Jan 2020). The settlement will require the person to earn at least the general salary (probably £26,400) or the 'going rate' of the SOC code, whichever is higher (see SW 24.3). The going rate for 21...

This is a question I don't know the answer. It refers to Skilled Worker applicants starting next Jan. I don't know whether current Tier 2 holders will go through the same change, or if there will be a separate settlement policy for the current Tier 2 holders. Guess we will find out when the guidance...
