Re: FLR M refused - do I face deportation?

Alsace, How can you receive accurate advice if you will not give your circumstance? This is a public forum, yes, but no one knows who you are, and so telling people your situation does not identify you, but will let the knowledgeable people here help better. As has been pointed out, what you might f...

Re: General circumstances in my relationship for Fiancé visa application

Jini, Your circumstances are far more complicated than mine (we met in Germany working, and she is from Vietnam) and neither of us has any record of breaching visa rules, but from what I understand, your fiance's previous issues should not stop your application from succeeding. Your main concern is ...

Re: 2.5 year spouse visa extension requirements

Does the OP really need the A2 English certificate, since they expire after a period of time? But since this was used to get the spouse visa in the first place, surely the HO do not require proof that she has forgotten how to speak English, since she would have been using it daily, and for work?

Re: Fiancé visa application submission centre abroad

No Problem Jini,

I would also advise before you send in the application that you tell the board more about your circumstance, and explain what you are submitting to see if there is anything that is missed, or reason you would not qualify as it is very expensive to make a mistake.

Re: Fiancé visa application submission centre abroad

Hi Jini, Having been through the process of getting visas for my now wife to move to the UK, I can tell you that it can often be a hard and frustrating journey, so you are right to make sure before submitting the application, because extra time and effort making sure all your ducks are in line first...

Re: *URGENT* Spouse settlement visa refused

Would it be possible for your brother to put 62.5K in a bank for your father now and in 6 months, use that to bring her over?

In the meantime, could he go live in the US while time goes by so they are not apart?

Re: Spouse Visa

This man should not be allowed to use you like this, you should not let yourself be taken for a visa and meal ticket. He will never be a good husband to you, and you must act now so that any damage done is as little as it can be. Do not buy a house in joint names, do not pay for his meals or give hi...

Re: Absolute nightmare - Damaged BRP card

Perhaps a stupid idea, but have you thought about gluing it together carefully with strong adhesive like Gorilla glue? It is incredibly strong, sticks pretty much everything and is invisible.

Is there any reason this is not an option?

Re: British & Filipino [Fiancée] settle in Spain or Worldwide

Hi, I feel for you both, the separation is hard. I suppose because the borders are locked down in PH you can't go live with her for 2 years and get all the evidence so you can bring her to the UK as a long term partner? And then see if you can move to Spain from here. My guess is Spain will not want...

Re: I want to appeal as an illegal entrant

The UK will not harbour a criminal from a country like South Korea where they have a good record of human rights.

Don't waste your time and efforts, go home, and make a proper application based on a proper reason to come here. And as said, the longer you overstay the worse situation you are in.

Re: I want to appeal as an illegal entrant

You have no claim to be here, I strongly suggest you go back before you are deported, which will earn you a long ban. And when back, see what options you have then. Staying here longer illegally will not make things better for sure.

You can't apply for asylum in the UK to avoid being prosecuted in South Korea for a crime you are wanted for.

Re: I want to appeal as an illegal entrant

You should go find your own legal advice, no one can recommend anyone, it's against the rules of the board.

You have had the same responses from people here, and you refuse to help yourself by answering their questions, so until you are prepared to be honest, you'll have to help yourself.

UKlifetest. Your posts are ridiculous. Why do you keep writing about asylum and citizenship, when you have not explained under what circumstances you feel you would qualify? You have not given a detailed timeline or any sensible facts for people to work with. Asylum is for people escaping from say, ...

Re: I want to appeal as an illegal entrant

If you overstay your allowed period of time without a visa, then you are an over-stayer, and that is the end of it. Why would they change the rules for you? And what is your asylum claim based on? Your intentions seems to be to try to find a way to stay in the UK no matter that you do not qualify th...

Re: I want to appeal as an illegal entrant

You have not answered the question, how did you enter the country without a visa? All you said was you arrived at the border and was allowed into the UK, which seems rather hard to believe since your flag is Pakistani and if you came from there, you should have arrived with a visa. Why don't you nee...

Re: Spouse Visa 2nd term Expired, Stuck In India

That seems very unfair in these circumstances, no one has a crystal ball and could say what would happen. Still confused though, if she already had ILR, then doesn't that mean she has a right to return already? I also would give a try at getting her husband to speak to his MP, since there is never a...

What visa are you here on, and is it dependant on you having a job here? i.e. T2 visa? How long have you and wife been in UK?
