Advice please

Hi guys, just a quick question please,
Can I get refuse from the home office because I forgot to attach my tenancy agreement with the application I made recently based on my marriage with EU citizen? The Agreement has only my wife name on it.

You can apply for extended family as an unmarried partner which you don't have to be in a relationship for 2years as long as you can show them some evidence of being in a relationship with EU citizen. this will allow you to secure your self in case if home office wants to try to play the game with y...

Is too late for the home office to investigate but am sure a day before that 70 days run out you will definitely receive a letter from then that you can go ahead with your marriage. the same thing happens to me.
