There is a difference between constructive criticism and just complaining about everything. You can criticize about the quality of questions asked, test pattern etc. but most of the people just start complaining/criticizing about everything if they feel that its going make their right to stay bit di...

hsmpinuk70, I recently renewed my passport at Indian consulate Birmingham. You don't need to transfer your visa. Its is still valid. Just carry both of your passports. As far as contacting embassy is concerned, simply forget. Humans may relocate to Mars but desi people wont change their style/habit....

Do you mean to say that UK forced you to come here for study/work, they have enslaved you, forcing you to stay here, live here, settle here, immigrate here? or Is it by your choice that you want to study/work/live/settle/immigrate here? Its really ridiculous that so many people always just want an e...

Simple advice, Take it steady and take it easy. Don't apply any logic here and go with the flow. Don't try to find any meaning in anything here. Just accept it. Just stay cool and enjoy life. Yesterday, I went for lap dancing...it was cool even thought I am out of work since last few months

If u r in USA then simply forget getting a job unless your skill are very rare.

why would company/agency show a interest in a guy who is in usa when there are thousands of local candidates?

On another, posting the same questions on every other topic/thread may not help you to get the replies

:D Adils, UK IT market is very strange...getting a job here is usually not that dependent on just market, skill etc... There is X factor (you say UK exp, market, CV, skills etc etc) which may help you or may not help you to get the job. As far as market is concerned, Credit Cunch has anyway started ...

Why do you need 4 years bank statements + plus salary slip.

I thought last 3 to 6 months statements would be sufficient.

Urgent advice needed: Joined a company and a surprise

Hi All, I had 3 offers in same week, one very big company, one 20 staffs and one very small ( 2 directors and just 2 other staff including me). I chose to join this smallest one (please don't want to put all those lengthy reasons) I joined them on Thu 01 May 2008. On very first day, they suggested m...

Handling agents here is the most difficult thing...It does take a bit while to learn that. But unfortunately, you can not get a job without Agents.

However, on CWJobs.Co.UK employers advertise job directly and I got one offer through them.

I understand your situation but there can not be growth without a calculated risk. There are always success and failure stories. Some people get a good job very quickly and some people take it bit longer. I am working in UK since last 4.5 years and it took 3 to 4 months to get a descent offer in IT....

I just simply don't understand what huge difference this UK experience makes? I see so many candidates saying that.

In my opinion, candidate is either good or not so good irrespective of UK exp.

There could be so many good candidates without UK exp and not so good candidates with UK exp.
