I am into .NET and I have had quite few offers/interviews recently.
I think, market has started picking up since April.

But not sure if UK IT experience makes HUGE difference or not as I have seen lots of people complaining about market.

There are always +/- with all the companies. Also until u join you wont really know what you gain/loose. At this stage, I would like to join company B after comparing with company A.

I do agree that morally it is wrong. But here is my view. Company get 100s of CVs for 1 position. They shortlist and invite 4 best candidates depending on their requirements. The choose the best in 4 and make a decision if they like. In short, company can always choose whom they want to hire. Howeve...

8 weeks is fine as long as I get.
However, no communication and no updates from embassy is the most pathetic & lousy experience. It really sucks.
