ILR PBS dependent online SET(O)form Absence Query

Dear All, A quick question. Filling ILR Set(O) PBS dependent online form. Current Tier2 PBS dependent leave granted after 11th Jan 2018. So I was out of the UK for 30 days during December 2018. So, mentioning absences after 11th Jan 2018 should be okay? I think I no need to mention my previous absen...

I think you no need to show any documents if your 5 years employment is on Tier2.

Re: ILR annual gross salary with Guaranteed bonus

Yeah, you are correct. But I got paid the guaranteed bouns as part of my salary.i.e mentioned in my SoC (guaranteed salary) and in my contract as well. Also, p60 is showing the total income for 2017-2018 is £36500. So the same is mentioned in the letter provided by the employer. By considering above...

Just in case if you under performed, will you get the bonus? it seems different from housing benefit etc...... guarantee means you must have it, without any condition.
my interpretation is if they mention guaranteed bonus you get the bonus amount even you underperformed.

ILR annual gross salary with Guaranteed bonus

Dear Members, I have seen some other posts regarding the same query. But would like to get some inputs from other members as well. I got a letter from my employer saying that my annual salary is £36500 per year and this includes the guaranteed annual performance bonus of £1500. Also seen this Visa g...

Re: TIER2 TO ILR REFUSED PLEASE HELP

Sure, on the other hand the new application still shows that salary payment should be 35K! (that is on page 18 of the application form - April 18 version!) The immigration rules, unfortunately, trump the guidance notes and the form. Hi CR001, What if my Annual Gross Salary is said:£36500 which incl...

Re: TIER2 TO ILR REFUSED PLEASE HELP

the other thing I noticed was regarding the appendix J I have also double checked my Code and it states that for experienced worker salary should be 34,700. I think this might be against GDPR policies too, to publish wrong information and mislead public! Yes, but the immigration rules clearly state...

Re: TIER2 TO ILR REFUSED PLEASE HELP

The minimum earning salary threshold is £35,000 or above. But if your SOC code is falling under "Occupations skilled to Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) level 6 and above" then you must show that you are earning the equivalent salary or above. Example: If your SOC Code is 2123 Elec...

Re: Online payslips for visa

Hi CR001, Is HR signature and company stamp is mandatory on payslip for ILR application as well? Because every month I download my salary statement from my company online portal. Even in the ILR checklist, it mentioned only latest salary statement but not with the company seal and HR signature. Can ...

Re: Revised fees 2018- booking appointment for later date before the fees change

I am in the same situation. So what I understood from the above is if I booked a premium center appointment before 6th April 2018 then I no need to fill the fee details page on the application form and no need to pay the extra amount.Correct me if I am wrong here. Also, Using the correct version of ...

Dear Members, I have just checked the UKBA Tier 2 sponsor list. I could not find the company name on the list.It looks like home office revoked the license or company has been closed.
