But it gives another hope for sooo many applicants (now waiting for more than a year). So now it should be like this: Either HO give the extension within couple of months ...

There is not time limit for tier 1 extension it can take months to years . one of my friend is waiting from last 2 years he tried everything contacted Ho plenty times mp involved etc . Still no news yet . His interview was conducted in january 2017 .

I don't understand how they see the different cases . According to timeline guide on this forum different applicants got their applications approved within 2 to 4 months avg .Entreprenuers investing too much money in this country paying taxes creating jobs . shouldn't get treated like this .
