Stamp 4 total time

Hey Everyone, i was just wondering how many times Stamp4 get renewed if it is based on your marriage with irish citizen. I was given for 12 months last year and again 12 months this year. Is it gonna be 12 months again next year?

Thanks very much julia. Now the next headache is registration in dublin, can’t find any appointment slot for next 3 months. and then need to apply for re entry visa if i want to travel outside. Thats another 2 months i think. Anyone of yous whos living in Dublin and his/her application is near to 16...

Hey everyone, finally i received my approval letter 2 days ago, can’t believe this is over it was a nightmare. Had to wait 16 and half months to get the decision.

YEAH it will be base on the statement which is stated on their website and application form, that “a decision will be taken on an application no later than 12 months”.
Over 12 months is unreasonable delay, they shouldn’t take that long.

Guys i want to know if any of yous get any reply? I applied by myself but heard if you apply through solicitor they wont take over 12 months Is it true? And i emailed them also but didn’t get any response. A solicitor gave me an option of pre litigation letter requesting a decision within 21 days. F...

Rauli same thing i want to know from topcat72m but let me tell you its gonna take longer than 12 months and i think i applied just a month before you so we both are in same waiting list. Its been over a year since i applied for permission to remain on the basis of marriage but didn’t hear from them....

Does anybody know how long maximum they take? This is confirmed that they dont take less than 12 months for the application to remain if a person is overstayed or undocumented.

12 months waiting today. Still no response. Did your wife get leave to remain now? If yes, when? I am waiting for the same application now. No. We got asked to send all our documents again. Passports insurance ect. Still nothing 14 months later. How long are you waiting. I am waiting from May 2017 ...

Applied in feb 2017, over 12 months now and didn’t hear anything from them, back in August they asked to send all original documents to finalize the application but didn’t finalize yet. Thats ridiculous
