Thanks for your reply. Well he is applying for ILR on the basis of Tier 1 Entrepreneur. The reason he wants me to be in UK before he applies for ILR is because ILR on an average is taking 6 months to a year to be processed nowadays. So if I wait outside UK till he gets his ILR, it can take us up to ...
