Total no of days (out side uk) should be less than 180 days. is the first 53 days gap (days between the visa granted and the first entry to the uk 23/05/07 to 15/07/07 ) which i took the advantage of the recent changes (about up to 3 months extension if the first entry is delayed) will count toward...

this is true, if you want to get ILR , you have to be at least 5 years in UK , but even with the extensions it will make in total 5 years and I don't think nobody comes to UK as soon as they get the visa.So I believe most of the people will be in sort for 5 years and need to apply for a 3rd extensio...

I am asking that because translating and notorization of one document and 12 documents have huge difference in the name of cost.

I am able to get a consoludated document from the bank in english so that I can save some expense.

does it matter to submit one bank statatement (a consolodidated one showing each month in a line) taken from the bank or each of the bank statements individually ?

which one is the preferred one from hsmp ?

if claiming for ms degree do we have to put originals of both bs.degree and ms.degree or ms.degree is only will work ?
