Finally got the number of certificates increased after requesting it two weeks ago. Hotlines were held up.

According to my new employer, when they applied to be a visa sponsor they estimated they needed 0 certificates as they didn't know the difference between restricted/unrestricted. They have applied to increase the allocation of certificates from zero to one on the Sponsor Management System. No answer...

Still nothing yet. Unrestricted should've been considered before restricted shouldn't they? It's also past the date for RESTRICTED certificates.
