Retention renewal?

Hello all. I currently have a stamp 4 valid until 2023 based on my marriage to an Irish citizen. We stopped living together so I applied for a retention of my status and was granted a 12 month extension of my stamp 4. My question is: Do I need to renew/register this new visa now or wait until the cu...

Re: Still waiting for ISIN regarding separation notif (Irish spouse). Visa situation.

Hello every one. I got separated from my Irish spouse but we didn't start any legal separation, only live apart. Be is still my best friend and now we are trying to get retention of my stamp 4. I emailed the spouse of Irish department and they answered me asking for these documents: 1. What were the...

Any updates on this? I decided to separate from my Irish husband and will soon be applying for retention as well. Been married for 4 years, and living in Ireland for 6. Have a good job and do college . Hopefully they will grant me.

Re: Retention of stamp 4 , Irish spouse

I thought of retention but if I need to divorce in order to have that then I don't want it. It’s not what you want. You are legally required to report your separation with your Irish spouse to INIS. Have you done that? I don’t think this forum can provide help in any capacity to you if you decide n...

Re: Retention of stamp 4 , Irish spouse

You of course have the rights, but this is not a small circumstance change as you mentioned previously. Things happen in life, but things like this did not happen overnight. You contradict yourself in your post. You first said you now live separately, which is the definition of separation, and then...

Re: Retention of stamp 4 , Irish spouse

You've changed your story so quickly. Not even a full 24 hours passed since: https://www.immigrationboards.com/ireland/still-married-but-not-living-together-stamp-4-t310499.html Better stop acting a fool and creating contradicting posts. It's pointless and simply disrespectful. So I not have the ri...

We lived together for all those 4 years, we were living with his parents but now they kicked us out and we didn't find a couple's place in time not to be on the streets so each of us took a single room in ...

Re: Asylum process and EU1 application at same time.

You think you know a lot don't you Granista? Discouraging people is no nice. I am an ex asylum seeker and I got a stamp 4 based on my marriage with an Irish national even though our relationship had already started when I applied for asylum.

Re: Social welfare due to COVID-19 & application

Does anyone know where we can get information about this? I really need to apply for the covid 19 6 week payment but if it's going to affect my plans to apply for citizenship I prefer to deal with the consequences of no money .

Naturalisation and Asylum

Does anyone know if the fact that having gone through a failed asylum process in the past and now applying for Naturalisation based on marriage to Irish National makes the application slower?
