out of country dependent visa

Hi,

we have applied for a tier 2 dependent visa for my daughter on 2nd may 2018 at hyderabad,India. So far, we have not heard anything from them. May I ask you, how long it takes for processing dependent visa as it has already been 15 working days.

Its been circulating that, IHS fee for dependent VISA is going to be doubled from this year. May I ask you from which month this is going to be implemented ??
