sorry, i didn't mention my kids' ages, they are 4 years old and 2 years old. In this case they are not in scope of requirement, right

Hi, I got my BC through naturalisation last month (AN form), before i've gone through Tier2 -> ILR, and my kids are now holding ILR, and were born outside of UK.
