Guys need some help.

I was on a Tier 2 Short term (1 year) visa valid from sept 2016 - sept 2017. According to new rules on April 1 2017- Tier 2 ICT SHORT TERM visa was pushed off by the UK govt. Need to check am I facing any kind of cooling period ?

Hi, Can you please give difference for refused or rejection application.On above post we have seen someone saying 45 rejection.Is there still any hope for 40 points. Rejection and Refused are two different cases. Rejection is made when necessary documentation is not supplied i.e. RMLT not completed...

HO didnt shared any approvals on Friday. so hopefully today they will release approvals for 50 and 45

No Lames, The one which was approved was on shortage occupation.

Hi All,

This time the approval goes for 55 and plus points i.e. above 55k for non Shortage. We need to wait for the april panel. Due to very less number of CoS allocations available for March 2018, You may expect positive results in April 2018 and minimum 2200 allocations will be avialable.

Salary with 50K. still under review.

Points : 50, CoS status: Under Review. My employer is also listed as 'A' rated sponsor, but still waiting to hear backrom the UK Home office
