52 certificates have been carried over to June. Does this indicate that it will come down to at least 50 next month? Opinions requested please. Nothing can be assumed. PHD jobs are shortage jobs so they get approved as priority PhD jobs are NOT shortage but they are still much higher up the tree than the roles requiring RLM...

Just wondering would a job ad that states the salary as "competitive + benefits" without stipulating any actual salary or range be accepted for the RLMT? Employer said RCoS was unsuccessful due to salary which is unsurprising & they will re-apply in April but the job advert never clear...
