There is no genuine entrepreneur test for ILR, this is only for initial applicant and for extension application...they will ask any documents if they find any gaps in your papers

I am just about to apply for ILR based on 5 years route...

Is there anyone in forum applied for with same route or accelerated route?

My questions are about documents to be submitted under the heading of investment...do I need to submit unaudited accounts, director agreement?
