Re: September 2018 Restricted COS - PLS DO NOT POST VISA APP RELATED QUESTIONS HERE!!!

Initially, my points were 33.... added another £17K bonus to make it 50. We also changed a lawyer because we were poorly advised by the previous one, who doesn't even know how to count points properly...

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Thank you. It concerns me as well but when my employer asked her about the points she said” I can only provide information from the home office and can’t comment on online forum”.... the document doesn’t say it’s capped but it kinda read as it is and there’s no further explanation. Is it possible to...

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Hi I was wondering if there’s a number to all so I can verify how the points are calculated ? I called Home Office and was informed that the 32 points mentioned in the below document on Page 7 is an error and the minimum is still 21/22 https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_...

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Hi that's what I thought but the lawyer said otherwise so I was hoping to validate this with official documents..... Salary - £45,000 - £49,999 = 25 points RLMT = 20 points Total = 20 + 25 = 45 points Salary - £50,000 - £54,999 =30 points RLMT = 20 points Total = 20 + 30 = 50 points Hope this answer...

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Hi everyone. I've been refused 3 times with 31 points, not on the SOL, not PhD level role. My employer is looking to raise my base salary to £45K-£50K and has advertised the job again at £45K-£50K. The Lawyer seems to think that with £45K and £50K is under the same points -45 points. The following i...
